Refund policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This policy explains when you can get your money back and how. It forms part of our terms of service.
01In short
Digital products can't be refunded once they are unlocked. Services can be refunded in full before work starts. Anything we can't deliver is refunded in full. Approved refunds are paid back within 7 working days.
02Digital products
Because a digital product can't be returned once it has been unlocked, it can't be refunded after delivery.
If a file is faulty and we can't fix it or replace it, we will refund it in full.
03Services
If you cancel before we start work, we refund you in full.
Once work has started, we don't refund, but we will make the revisions described on that service's page.
If we can't complete a service, we refund it in full.
04Gift cards and upgrades
Gift-card codes and upgrades to your own account can't be refunded once they have been delivered or applied.
If we can't deliver a gift card or apply an upgrade, we refund it in full.
05Memberships
You can cancel a membership at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't refund part of a period.
06Orders using the launch offer
If an order placed with LAUNCH50 qualifies for a refund, we refund the amount you actually paid.
07Payments sent by mistake
If you used Payment instead of Send Money, sent the wrong amount, or sent money to the wrong number, message us straight away with the TrxID. We will help where we can, but we can't recover money sent to a number that isn't ours.
08How to ask for a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and the reason. We reply as soon as we can and tell you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are paid back within 7 working days by the method you paid with: to the bKash or Nagad number you paid from, or to your card through our checkout provider. Your bank may take extra time to show a card refund.
09Before you open a payment dispute
Please talk to us first. A message is almost always the fastest way to sort out a problem.
